افراد، خانوادهها و گروههایی که از روشهای مختلف برای فریب دادن دیگران استفاده میکنند تا باور کنند که برخی دیگر دیوانه یا روانپریش هستند

(این افراد نامبرده از جمله افرادی هستند که حداقل از سال 2003 کنترل و دریافتی اطلاعات دستگاه های استراق ذهن و استراق سمع نصب شده درون گوش و گلوی تارگت ها را داشته اند و همچنین ارسال صدا و صحبت مزاحم و آزاردهنده به دستگاههای دریافت صدا که درون گوش یا گلو نصب است را انجام میداده و میدهند.)
ترکیب جاسوسی و شرارت و شرخری علیه تارگت برای آنان موفقیت و برای تارگت محکوم شدن به بیمار روانی به دنبال دارد.

نظیر این بارها دیده شده که یک مرد مذهبی مافیایی طبق باور دینی یا روحیه ضد بشری اش از رقص بدش میآمده، با دیدن یک خانم مهندس که در مجالس میرقصیده و در اینستاگرام پربازدید بوده، بودجه از گروه های مذهبی گرفته، خانه کنار خانه زن اجاره و سپس وسایل جاسوسی نصب و شروع به انواع آزار زن کرده و چون زن چشم آبی بوده و مرد از چشم آبی ها بدش میامده و چون زن گیلانی بوده و مرد از گیلانیها بدش میآمده و چون زن پیرو حزبی بوده که مرد بدش میامده تعدد انگیزه جهت عصبانی شدن و نفرت داشتن از زن داشته و نهایت خشونت مخفیانه را علیه زن انجام میداده است. در این راستا از وسایل مدرن جاسوسی نیز استفاده میکرده و از شرکتهای خارجی پروژه آزمایشات الکترونیکی و مخابراتی و شیمیایی و دارویی و بیماری برای آزار زن اخذ کرده بوده و درامد دلاری نیز داشته است.
